Training Zones
The Training Zones Report is based on the DiffECG assessment of the energy supply systems. The report provides individualized heart rate zones for different training intensities. The zones may vary on a daily basis depending on the functional state of the energy producing systems.
The following training intensity zones are reported:
- Anaerobic Development
- Anaerobic Maintenance
- Aerobic Development
- Aerobic Maintenance
- Increase of Cardiac Output
- Recovery Stimulation
- Recuperation
This report is often used in conjunction with the Athlete Readiness Report. As an example, if the Athlete Readiness Report shows that based on the Omega assessment, parameters of hormonal and detoxification systems indicate that recovery stimulation is recommended, the appropriate heart rate zones can be selected from the Training Zones Report.
