Allen K. Huffstutter

Allen K. Huffstutter is the President and Managing Partner of Omegawave. Prior to co-founding Omegawave, Allen founded American Track & Field Marketing, a sports marketing company, and co-founded Fun Times of Lane County, a nonprofit organization that delivered an exercise and fitness program to school children. Formerly, Allen served as a Senior Vice President with Siuslaw Valley Bank of Oregon. He joined the Bank when they acquired NorthWest Funding, a mortgage banking firm Allen had formed more than a decade earlier. Prior to founding NorthWest Funding, Allen was a Senior Vice President at the B.J. Dillon Company, a mortgage market brokerage firm. He holds an MBA from University of Southern California and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from San Diego State University.

Christian B. Mueller

Christian B. Mueller is the Managing Partner of Kite Capital, a venture capital firm based in Munich, Germany. Before founding Kite Capital, he was a Co-Founding Partner of Auctus, a private equity firm,  where he orchestrated a highly successful buy-and-build strategy for Time Partner, a temporary staffing group. Time Partner, through an aggressive sales strategy and nine strategic acquisitions, increased sales in two years from € 20 million to € 200 million. Time Partner was sold in 2006 to Investcorp, a global investment group.  Christian started his career with Granville Baird Capital Partners and Merrill Lynch.

Dr. Roman Rittweger

Dr. Roman Rittweger, is the Managing Partner of Roman Rittweger - Advisors in Healthcare, a consulting firm based in Munich, Germany, that specializes in healthcare. Before founding RRAIHC, Roman was a Managing Partner at BBDO Consulting, heading the group's German healthcare practice. Prior to that, he founded and served as the CEO of ArztPartner, an innovative disease management services firm, which was sold in 2001 to DKV, Europe's largest private payor. Roman started his career in management consulting with A.T. Kearney and McKinsey & Co. In addition to the medical degree he received from LMU Munich, Roman earned an MBA from Insead in Fontainebleau.
